Arriving in Rome Oct 14 -2 people - looking for small group tour for Oct 15 & 16 before boarding Celebrity Apex on Oct 17 - Staying at Hotel Savoy.  Have only been able to find Private Tours & they are very expensive.  Can anyone recommend small group tours that start in Rome - Thanks
