Hi there, just wondering....I booked  few cruises but honestly can't remember which offer I used for each one....does the offer used show on my booking anywhere?  TIA

I've wondered the same thing from time to time, with all the various offers/codes that come and go. Not sure which ones I booked via casino rates (thus some drink offers/etc).

Unfortunately, the offer code does not show up on any Carnival booking documentation.  Thus some of the details of your booking (e.g.,  DOU) do not show up on the booking documentation.

Sort of - out of sight, out of mind. I was on one cruise where I was paying for drinks in the casino. Around night 5 (of 7) the host came by and asked why I was buying my own drinks - as I had booked a promo with DOU.... yep...

That is one reason why I use a TA. She keeps excellent records of each booking.

It wasn't Cheers (and they don't always give you stickers for that either). I've had stickers added to my card on Celebrity when I had booked a casino promo - to show for free drinks.

My bad...you are right....in the casino, the card isn't swiped...they just take the number...I just figured when they put the number in....it would have indicated the "on us" especially if you are in the casino

Well, it was a few years ago - and they might have not had the same protocol then.
