Private wine tours out of Cape Town, South Africa

Has anyone done any private wine tours out of Cape Town that they can recommend?  I'll be cruising that area early next year and would love to do a private wine tour (that includes foods) to several wineries in the Stellenbasch; Franschhoek, Paarl areas.

We're not going on a cruise, but booked two days of private wine tours with Explore Sideways for January 2023.  They were recommended by our South African travel agent/safari operator. I worked with them to customize the tastings by selecting the vineyards and wines.

Thank you. I read up on them and will be contacting them for more information. Have also gotten information on Wineflies, another tour operator whose tour includes food pairings, which is quite interesting.

while on land based vacation, we used Ulungele tours for 2 days of touring in Cape Town- we didnt do the wine tours but Hank was great for the 2 tours we did do and we highly recommend him

Personally I would suggest just renting a car in Cape town, an easy quick drive to the wine lands. In Franschhoek (basically small boutique style town with one main street) park the car and take the Wine tram to all the wineries of your choice. Each winery has it's own restaurant as well. We do this regularly and love it!! Amazing experience.
