vtpeco Posted August 4, 2022 #1 Share Posted August 4, 2022 We have a cruise starting this Monday going to the Bahamas....and I've read all the COVID requirements about needing a test 72 hours before embarkation so we have our tests scheduled for tomorrow (Friday), but I can't figure out how to load the COVID test results into Verifly. Verifly currently states that I'm Ready To Sail and gives me the green box 🙂. Is the Bahamas ports a 'special' case that Verifly doesn't think needs a COVID test? Anyone else experiencing this? I'm assuming we will just have to bring the test results with us.
Rare shof515 Posted August 4, 2022 #2 Share Posted August 4, 2022 Sailing on the Magic next week to Bermuda, that also requires a covid test. My verifily app also does not show a place to upload a covid test result
Rare BlerkOne Posted August 4, 2022 #3 Share Posted August 4, 2022 Can't use Verify unless/until they do another update or the rules change.
momoftwinboys09 Posted August 5, 2022 #4 Share Posted August 5, 2022 Verifly is currently tapping out as it can’t keep up with the changes going on. Fortunately it was always completely optional. Yes definitely just bring your results with you! 😊
ballarinamom Posted August 5, 2022 #5 Share Posted August 5, 2022 We just used it wo weeks ago. The option to load the test wasnt available until it was within our testing period. Maybe it will appear for you then?
Bostwick girl Posted August 5, 2022 #6 Share Posted August 5, 2022 John Heald said when Carnival initially dropped the testing for 5 days or less, Verifly had to be updated to reflect that and the beards were working with Verifly to get that done. So Verifly updated to not have to upload testing results for less than 5 days. Then about that same time Carnival backtracked on the testing requirement. As of yesterday Verifly has not changed back. I entered all our info and uploaded vaccination cards yesterday for a 4 day Bahamas cruise, and there was no place for test results to be uploaded. All our info was approved and we have the Green all set checkmark. At this point, I’ll just bring my test results.
vtpeco Posted August 5, 2022 Author #7 Share Posted August 5, 2022 Thanks for the replies. We took our tests this morning but no change on the Verifly app. We are 'green' so we'll just bring our results.
