  2. Can anyone confirm what the theme deck party is on the Carnival Sunshine 4 night to Half Moon Cay? I thought they would have an 80s rock and glow theme but I have not heard anyone recently who has been on the ship to confirm this. thank you!
  3. It is through Aon Affinity. Their website to file claim is https://www.aontravelclaim.com/#/home. It has faq and their contact number. You should be able to find a link to the policy in your cruise contract.

  5. Cucina is not free on the Celebration. It is complimentary right now on the Mardi Gras. Per Carnival... Mardi Gras Reservations: For a limited time only, Chibang!, Smokehouse Brewhouse and Cucina del Capitano will be included in the guest's cruise fare. We are not taking reservations pre-cruise or on board for these three venues. Guests will be seated on a first come, first served basis depending on party size. If we cannot seat them immediately upon arrival, guests will be able to join a virtual waitlist using the HUB App. Guests will receive a notification via the HUB App when their table is ready. There may be the anticipation of doing the same when the Celebration sets sail. Yes I am sailing Celebration in June and it's not listed on my cruise manager either Saphir! You can pay & book this restaurant in advance. I'm sailing on the Sunshine in December of this year and it is showing in my cruise manager.
  6. FYI you have to buy the printed one in order to have the availability to pay for it to be added to the flash drive. It does come with copyrights as you said yet it's not like you can get them digital and no prints. Just sharing.

  10. The only way is purchase it on board. They probably will not honor the pre boarding price yet definitely ask them to. I am cust service agent for Carnival and this is direct info just FYI. 😉 So no you cannot even call the funshop or casino dept to order. And online it will always force you to order for all in cabin.

  12. The ONLY situation that would allow only 1 person to buy the Cheers package is if a guest has 'Drinks on us ALL OVER THE SHIP' --- mainly a casino promotion. Drinks on us just in the casino does not apply it must be 'Drinks on us ALL OVER THE SHIP.' Just sharing. 🙂

  16. You can call carnival and the regular customer service agents can tell you. You don’t have to speak directly to the casino department unless making changes to it.
  17. When a guest books with a TA, carnival does not and should not have you add a PIN number to your account. Your TA has another security number they use for the booking when talking to Carnival. The policy is for guests booked directly through a TA, the guest must communicate through the TA. Carnival will not give details directly to a guest booked through TA. I’m aware some have, yet the policy for Carnival agents is not to. PIN numbers are not added to your booking until you call for the 1st time after booking. That is why you have to verify the sailing information etc before being asked to create a Pin for security. TA bookings should never have PIN numbers as they have TA specific personalized security codes.

  20. It doesn't matter if she is a no show. She will still have her taxes/fees/port expenses refunded. Noone will be impacted. Just don't cancel her just have her not show up. Don't do verifly either. you will get a green check for each person individually.
  21. I agree with you that it may not be worth $50+ per day, yet if you have to find a positive in the situation due to it being mandatory for both to buy that's one that I could think of. ? I feel you though...it's not worth it for everyone.
  22. I am currently in Carnival customer service training so I can assure you that it is not possible for this to happen. Can't speak for previous times yet as of today, it is not possible. On a positive note, the package is great even for the non-alcoholic drinker as it includes unlimited juices, sodas, specialty coffees, milkshakes, non-alcoholic 'mocktails', energy drinks, and bottled water. And does NOT apply to 15 limit like the alcoholic beverage limits. Just sharing 😉

  24. You can also call Carnival Customer Service and provide the booking number and PIN number of the other guests you are traveling with and they will connect them as ‘travel with.’ You need to have their booking number and PIN number though.
