August 4th---Email received rejecting request due to ownership proof in unusable format (my bad). August 7th---Email request resubmitted with correct format. kathynorth Posted August 8, 2022 #3 Share Posted August 8, 2022 (edited) I filled out the online form and didn't receive a response so after 3 days I used the email as recommended by other posters and received that response within 24hrs. (Last minute as the suitcases were in the trunk of my car halfway to the airport.) The cancelled cruise was not eligible for shareholder credit. That night, we booked a replacement cruise and I e-mailed Celebrity. When we boarded the ship two days later the credit was reflected in our shipboard account. Great service!
