OnPoint Online Testing Question

Just wondering……we’re sailing to Bermuda in September so we need to test 🤨

When I filled out the form from OnPoint Testing and I scheduled my online appointment, an email was sent back from HealthTrackRx wanting me to fill in “patient information”.  Included in that email was my OnPoint appointment information.  I’m hesitant to supply extra info if it’s not necessary for the test (it seems to be a different party collecting information).  Did anyone else get this follow up email, and did you click on the link to fill it out?

Yes, and then it turns out I don't need a monitored test.

You do need to fill out all of the registration information or they cannot proctor the test.  It's not extensive.
