I have sent very detailed emails regarding different issues but from home - not while on a cruise.

If you’re on a cruise, stop by the GM’s office if you have not gotten satisfaction after discussing with other department heads.

We just finished our Alaska cruise. We filled out a survey mid cruise and pointed out two minor areas that we felt could be improved/addressed in the World Cafe.

Two days later a Mgr sought us out in the World Cafe to discuss

Interesting!  We have completed several mid-cruise surveys but never had any sort of response.  Glad they are paying attention.

Did you have any specific negative comments?  We had a similar experience to JjG when we mentioned an issue on the survey.

We had the same, we were dining in Manfredis and the executive chef came to see us about an issue we raised about the pool grill, it was a simple point about where they were cooking the vegetarian burgers, great service.
