Flying into LA & Ground Transfers

My brother and his family will be flying into LA from Portland, OR for our cruise. What time does NCL usually fly people in and does the provided ground transport have car seats for kids (5&3 year olds). Thanks!

No way to tell when, A good estimate would be they could arrive anytime between maybe 6 am and noon.  Easy to use a booking site to see what flights are available - and they might not be direct.

Transfer is by bus so no car seats - same for excursions.

We flew to LA and used NCL ground transportation just after the cruise restart. The transportation is on charter buses. No child car seats. And the terminal makes it very difficult to organize and board incoming passengers. Really difficult. A lot of waiting and watching full buses go by. 

I'd honestly recommend a car service like Execucar,  especially with small kids.
