Disembarkation times at P.Canaveral

Hi, going on Mardi Gras at xmas. Beginning to do my planning and wondered if anyone had any up to date info on how long it takes to disembark Ship at Port C? Only done it once with another cruise line a few years ago and it took about 2 hours. Also not USA citizens so takes longer. Also is it the case that we can still choose disembarkation time, so we could stay on as late as possible? Thanks all

Regardless of your citizenship, expect to be off the ship by 10am the latest.

Maybe off the ship, but potentially still weaving through the luggage pickup line and CBP.  IIRC we got off the ship right around 10am in Dec (2021), but as always it takes a while before you are then through CBP and headed to your car/transport.
