ArriveCAN when not connected to Wi-Fi.

If not on a Wi-Fi package but you have filled out the ArriveCAN app prior, what do you do when arriving in Canada? Do you have to show/open the app or having filled it out and submitted prior to boarding (US Port) and maybe bring a paper copy works?

If you are going on a cruise you can select marine entry snd complete the app 3 days prior to boarding.  On the ship Royal will request that you provide them with your reference number.  You do not have to show it anywhere.

I would recommend taking a screen shot of the final "receipt" page in the app in case you need to show it and don't have Internet access.
