Port of Miami Cruise Hotels

We are planning on flying in the day before our cruise. We are arriving at Fort Lauderdale Airport. Need suggestions for    One night accommodations.

If you are flying into ft Lauderdale I'd stay in ft Lauderdale and SAS can shuttle you to POM. I'm flying into miami though now I wish for less money I'd picked to fly into ft Lauderdale direct. I'm at a miami airport hotel which wouldnt make sense for you. 

 

Depends when you will be there. Mine is march 12 the top of spring break. Everyone staying downtown miami near the port is paying $300 ish for my date. Sept easy,  middle of spring break not so much. Consider when you will be there. Downtown miami is fun but costly.

I normally recommend Embassy Suites. Not Fort Lauderdale. Even the Hilton is run down there.
