HAL Lifeboat drills post-covid

Haven't been on a HAL ship since 2019.  How are they doing the lifeboat drills now?  Do we still have to report to our muster station for the full drill or do we watch a video on TV and go to your muster station to scan in?  That's what PCL was doing the last time I cruised with them.  Thanks in advance!

Been discussed here several times. There are 3 things you need to do. First, there will be a video on your TV you have to watch before you can do anything else on your TV. Second, there will be a time frame to report to your life boat station and get your room key scanned...frequently the time frame is something like 1:30-3:30.

 

Lastly, listen to the various announcements just before sailing.

Since I haven't cruised in awhile, I haven't been on these boards lately.  I did look but didn't see this addressed.  Thank you for the information.

On the Zuiderdam in early Aug,  after standing in line to  get your card scanned, the crew member told each coupe or small group about the procedures, so it to more time that our May cruise on the Noordam.
