Need to Escalate a Billing Issue to a Department above Resolution

I once asked my TA if she had group rates on suites and she said no, only balconies. Has that changed?

You have 30 days to transfer a booking to a TA, so look around for one that has group rates.  Let them clear all this up for you, too.   My concept agent in NJ has group rates and gives obc.  Met them on a cruise earlier this year, and left big box for them.
