Carnival HUB App question

Do I need to set up a separate account for the app to work or do I use my Carnival.com sign in credentials. When I sign in using my credentials that I use on Carnival.com it says user name not valid. When I put in booking info says unable to locate. Any help would appreciated.

Your carnival user name and password should work. Did you try to sign up again to see if your account takes that way?

I'll try creating an account under the app and see if that works. Hope it doesn't conflict with the website

Don't use your Carnival log in info. Use a different sign in for each person's folio number, that way you view your expense account separately. Wait till you board.

my web site user names works just fine in the app. now it just shows how many days until sailing. until you board thats all you get.

Tried to create an account but tells me my email is not valid. Oh well
