Princess Cruise Line...improving or on a downhill run?

We basically stopped using the casino due to the smoky situation on all the ships. The new Enchanted seems to be even worse than the older ships for some reason. I couldn't stand even walking through it was so bad. It seemed to be the same on every night. 

I pity the poor workers that have to be confined their every night and have no choice if they want a job. I wonder if they're given a choice to decline that position?

Very true. Retired people can take longer cruises.

We just got done with a Emerald Princess cruise around the British Isles and we're for the most part pleasantly surprised.  The boat was only about half full and a couple of the restaurants weren't open for this cruise but the service was great and it was nice to not be overcrowded.  This was only our second Princess cruise and that one was about five years ago so I don't think service has declined.
