Free shuttle service from Port Everglades to FLL were discontinued at least four years ago. Some rental car companies will shuttle you to their facilities just outside of the terminal entrance. I personally know that Alamo has a shuttle to there Eller Drive location. If you need to pick up a vehicle at FLL Uber, Lyft or a cab are the way to go. A cab should run you less than twenty dollars plus tip.

There is an Avis location that has a shuttle. We rent a car at FLL for a few days. DH drops me off at the port with the luggage and returns the car. He then takes the shuttle back to the port.
