Lotus Spa - online booking broken?

Anyone else having issues last couple of days trying to make spa reservations through cruise personalizer? Trying to pay for bookings selected in the cart doesn't work... Clicking pay by card just greys out the window, clicking PayPal just brings up a spinning "loading" wheel to nowhere... 

 

Have tried different devices and browsers...

 

Hopefully not just me?

Try it again later today or tmrw, as they have been updating the Payment section of the website this last week.

 

Not sure if your in the US? Seems to be working.  If your not, then it may be updated soon, I hope.

I think we have been hearing of problems with the payments.

I think some people have mentioned trying to call.

But, who knows how long that would take to get ahold of somebody?

Pulling up Live Chat while you are managing the booking might be something else to try.

Thanks, yeah I just called and apparently the Medallion team can usually book manually. Spent ages loading the bookings and then even they encountered the same error at their end! Frustrating!

I’ve been having the same problem. Hope they fix it soon.

I have just managed to book Lotus Spa services for a Sky Princess cruise, 2023. System now seems to be working... Logged in ( UK ) to my account via princess.com and able to pay with credit card. Previous attempts had failed.

Yep seems fixed. How annoying this was a bug for weeks and they didn't even mention on their website there were technical issues
