Ocean quay terminal in Copenhagen

Could you give thoughts on doing ocean quay port transfer to airport using public transportation please , is it doable or not use a taxi ?

It takes about an hour by bus/train from Oceankaj to the airport.  Timings and options depend on the day of the week.  
Best option is bus 25 (Does not run on all dates) to Østerport, train from there directly to the airport.  
Also bus 164 from Oceankaj to Hellerup station and from there train - requires change at København H. (Copenhagen Central).  
It is also possible to take one of the two buses to Orientkaj station and take the Metro to the airport - this requires a change of metro at Kongens Nytorv station.

You’ll need either Danish currency or the DOT ticket app for purchase of tickets. 
This year the was a free shuttle bus to Orientkaj Station. Then it will be possible to pay with credit card when purchase of tickets at the station.

No difference in price.

Would get off ship by 830 am ,  I read some where there is a kiosk to buy tickets in cruise terminals , do you know if that is fact ?

We took the bus to Osterport then train to the airport after a cruise in 2016. It worked like a dream, in fact we were at the airport much earlier than we needed to be. There was a huge line for taxis so it was a great option. We bought tickets at the kiosk. I imagine you could use an app to buy tickets nowadays. So easy to use public transport in Scandinavia.
