Have you looked into the port Luggage program discussed here frequently? Takes your baggage so you don't have to lug it around.

Have you looked into your cruise line's excursions in Seattle? Your luggage goes in the belly of the bus. Or a private tour, your luggage goes in the trunk of the vehicle.

Renting a car? Luggage goes in trunk.

Our flight does not leave Seattle until 11 pm on the day we disembark.  Any suggestions on what to do all day.  We will be dragging luggage.

The Edgewater Hotel not too far from either cruise pier will store luggage for you-- $5 per bag last time i heard. They also have a great bar/lounge and restaurant-- very unique hotel situated over the water.
