Emergency Assistance telephone number on My Booking

Trying to fill in Personal Details on My Booking for an upcoming cruise on QV in October and it will not accept telephone number. Anyone else had same issue and how did they solve it have tried all methods no spaces, with spaces, without brackets. Any ideas gratefully accepted.

Yes same with emergency contact and Cunard Rep helped to fill in by phone.
