Is Cafe El Bacio included in Premium Non-Alcoholic Package?

The Celebrity Premium Non-Alcoholic package indicates that it includes "specialty coffees".
Does "specialty coffees" include the non-alchohol drinks at Cafe El Bacio?  We want to make certain that it does because it is probably the biggest reason we would purchase that package.

all the specialty coffees are included in the classic non alcohol as well.   it was my teens favorite spot on the ship, the team their new them by name.
