There is always a "chance" for an upgrade. People cancel all the time. We have cancelled week of cruise multiple times. But,,, there are over 1500 passengers eligible to bid on Haven rooms and some will be very aggressive in their bid offers. So,,, don't get your hopes up.

Only one of those has a haven.
