Sanctuary - Hawaii cruises

Is the sanctuary very desirable for Hawaii cruises?  Should I be in the first boarding group in order to book the sanctuary for the entire cruise?

I booked the Sanctuary because there were so many sea days which I love. There are the port calls and most excursions won't allow Sanctuary time after but for a great vacation both outbound and return I would definitely consider it. Enjoy your cruise!

About half of the sea days closest to California it can be quite cool with few using the Sanctuary. As sea day temperatures get warmer closer to Hawaii it’ll be busier but not busy during port days.

Probably will be filled. The first two to three days crossing to Hawaii can be cool, not tropical, and may have choppy seas. You will see people around the pools, but they usually have a cover up on.

I was not able to pick boarding group A because of the glitch in the medallion app.  As of today it was fixed but only boarding group B is available.  I have to make a phone call to get this changed
