That hasn't seemed to stop the authors/publishers of roughly 742,196 other apps . . .

IIRC they only released it for one ship and it only worked onboard.  But it would have been developed by the Royal Caribbean IT Dept as a 'low priority' project for the 'poor sister' and there won't be any further development from them!  So hopefully once the new website is launched, the new IT team will turn its attention to an App.  But first things first!
