bride123105 Posted September 30, 2022 #1 Share Posted September 30, 2022 I have some credit from cancelling a prior cruise that was past the 90 day window. Is there any way to apply it to a new booking I make online, or do I have to call?
Schoifmom Posted September 30, 2022 #2 Share Posted September 30, 2022 No matter what, eventually you'll have to call. You can book online, putting down a deposit, and then call to have your FCC applied OR you can call to book using your FCC (you may be required to place a deposit). Rare Saint Greg Posted September 30, 2022 #3 Share Posted September 30, 2022 Once you have it booked you can apply the credit here https://www.carnival.com/request-forms/reimbursement-form.aspx
klfrodo Posted September 30, 2022 #4 Share Posted September 30, 2022 Either way, you MUST put down a deposit. You can't just find a cruise and only pay with the credit. Even if the credit has more value than the new cruise costs.
