Bliss - trying to ascertain lunch options onboard

Wife and I will be on Bliss the week after Thanksgiving out of Long Beach. We've been on about five other NCL cruises but it's been about three years. I think for our last NCL cruise, we ate either buffet or MDR for lunch.

In watching videos on Bliss dining, please correct me if I am wrong but lunch options, as best as I can tell, are as follows...

Buffet - no additional charge

The Local (O'Sheehans's) - no additional charge

Margaritaville - cover change of $14.99 and that's for one app, entree and dessert

MDR - no additional charge

Observation lounge - not sure if cost or not or exclusive to suite guests

Does that look like a complete list?

Please let me know if I've missed something. We will not be staying in a Haven room.

Thanks in advanced for any input.

Bird answered your questions, I believe.

However, to this one point:

What might have confused you is that there is, I believe, a Haven Observation Lounge that is exclusive to suite guests.  I can't say for certain this place exists because they've never let me out of steerage to see for myself 😉

By the way, Bliss is a beautiful ship.  Enjoy your cruise.

The Observation Lounge is on Deck 15 and open to all guests. It serves light meals from 5:30 am to 5:00 pm. Coffee and waters after.

The Horizon Lounge on Deck 17 and 18 along with the Haven Restaurant provide complimentary food for Haven suites guests

Double check your embarkation port. Only Carnival docks and embarks in Long Beach. Bliss if in Los Angeles, will be in San Pedro at the World Cruise Terminal, next to the USS Iowa.

Right, I go out of LBC for Carnival so often that it's almost habit. But yes, not LBC. Thanks!
