I saw at least 2 cranes around the ship so hopefully some major changes are coming. We sail on her in about a year after trips on the Ruby and the Emerald
Urban trekker Posted October 7, 2022 #7 Share Posted October 7, 2022 They will be working on the engines and according to Crown staff other enhancements will be made - some mention of an upgrade to the casino - there are currently about 1000 contractors on her - this is keeping the housekeeping and other crew member busy - in talking to some of them on the last cruise before drydock - they will be kept busy - only the entertainment staff are not currently on board. The vibration from the rear thrusters/ engine was very annoying - while attending the Captain's circle elite reception in Club Fusion - located at the back of the ship it was so noisy that it was hard to hear the MC speak even with a microphone.
