Have 2 'free at sea' meals and 2 'Platinum' - can't book Cagney's twice

Have 2 'free at sea' meals and 2 'Platinum'  - can't book Cagney's or La Cucina twice - saying "conflict on that date" - anyone know if this is an ongoing problem or do you have to ring guest services?  

 

Speaking of which - for the 2 free at sea - can you do 2 Cagney's or only 1?

I was able to book Cagneys twice 

 

I booked Teppanyaki one day, Cagneys the next, Ocean Blue the next and then Cagneys again 

 

You can’t use the Plat vouchers for 2 Cagneys but def can use it for one time and then the dining perk for another

I had the same problem when booking online. I had to call to make the second set of reservations.

You haven’t been able to book any restaurants more than once online for months now. You have to call or wait until you board to make multiple reservations at any restaurant.

I had the same problem. I called and they booked it for me over the phone.

Because of what I had read on this message board, I just called directly instead of attempting online.  No problems and Cagney's as well as Cucino's and Le Bistro booked twice with no problem.  I called 125 days out as we are Platinum.
