Bummer!! Thank you!! I wish they would not allow smoking in the hallway where the Slot machines are located due to getting smoke blown in my face. I will have a great time anyway.

There is no smoking in any (hallway) passageway on any ship in any fleet as far as I know.

I know exactly where you mean. Just got off the Breakaway and the smoking was terrible😭 I played like a crazy person and had a great time but there were great machines I couldn’t use. I wore a mask and my hair still smelled and my throat hurt ever time I left the casino. There were many smokers who were not playing. The casino staff monitored this and made announcements but as soon as their backs turned the smokers lit up again. As much as I love NCL and have worked myself up to Sapphire and free cabins, we are going on Celebrity with their smoke free casinos twice as often.

Now that would have been a smart addition.  Have really enjoyed the smoke free casino on the Bliss and Encore.

The Escape has now undergone a couple of major dry docks. The physical layout is the same as the Bliss and Encore where a few walls could create a smoking casino... We were just on the Prima which has a very small smoking casino too.

At some point all cruise will be 100% smoke free.  It will not be tomorrow, next week, or next year, but at some point it will happen just as it has happened in many states for bars, etc.  I hope it is sooner rather than later.

This will happen when there are so few smokers of tobacco that it will make sense to the company.   By the time cruise lines ban it, it will have been years since you smelled it.   So put the rakes and torches away.   You’re not going to have your Village Monster Captured moment.
