Tipping at Chef's Table

We will be doing the Chef's Table for the second time in a few weeks.  The first time, which was a few years ago, we did tip extra to our servers.  We really did not know if it was customary to tip the  chef. I would like some opinions on who and how much we should tip!  TIA

Gratuity is included when you purchase your Chef's Table tickets.

 

Any tip above and beyond is optional and not expected, so there is no customary amount.
