pmjnh Posted October 20, 2022 #1 Share Posted October 20, 2022 We are currently booked on a 2023 HAL cruise RT out of San Diego. Upon disembarkation, on the same date, we want to embark on a different HAL ship for a panama canal full transit. We have not yet booked the second cruise because currently the logistics of getting the required Covid testing for the PC cruise is problematic. My TA contacted HAL and testing on board for this purpose is not an option (currently). I am hoping that the testing requirements changes , but in the meantime we will have to look at flexible air flight pricing. Has anyone ever done something like this and found another way to test while still on the ship?
CruiserBruce Posted October 20, 2022 #2 Share Posted October 20, 2022 I strongly suspect there won't be a testing requirement. But historically, HAL has provided required testing on B2Bs. By the way, this is commonly referred to as a side to side, or a S2S.
