Removing a cancelled cruise on app

We cancelled  cruise and it was successfully cancelled on the RCCL website and the travel agent site and confirmed all around in writing. It was deleted on the app on my tablet however still appears on the app on my cell. I don’t see a way to remove it myself — does anyone know how to do this? Again, I’m not trying to cancel an existing cruise just want to remove a cancelled trip off my cell app.

It should just disappear but maybe not until the date actually passes.  Just ignore it or you could remove the app and add it back or update it if there's an update available.

Thanks. It completely disappeared on the app on the tablet. That’s what I found odd. I didn’t have to do anything on the tablet. Just wondering.

Log out of the app on your phone. Then back in

That's great. For future reference sometimes you can just restart your phone and it will adjust.
