Pre-cruise concierge

In the past I have received a form from the pre-cruise concierge to pick pillow type,

what types of beverages, etc. in my room. I received both a call and an email from them recently 

and answered the email by asking for the form I am used to getting. They responded by sending me the form for special needs/

wheelchair access? Glad they have this service but it doesn't pertain to me. I am thinking of

just making a paper list and handing it to the butler instead. Anyone have any better

luck than me? Thanks.

Call this number for the shorebased conceirge:

 1-855-625-4283. 

They will ask you what you want in your room.

Minimal wait time.  Very nice people.

Yes, you can just deal with the butler but if you call the things

you want willl be waiting when you arrive.

The pillow menu is overrated. IIRC, it's just an

assortment of pillows piled on the bed

Where you choose which ones you want.
