Cozumel Deluxe Beach Break and Playa Mia Water Park?

Will be in Cozumel this week, looking at the above excursion and wondering if any of you experienced Celebrity folks have input?

 

Was it worth it?  How far is the trip from the port?

It is so easy to take a taxi to any of the beach clubs south of the pier. I would never pay for a ship beach excursion there.

I found some online reviews after posting this, doesn’t look like it’s that much cheaper to book outside of celebrity..

Unless you are burning through OBC there is no need to book through Celebrity. You can come and go on your own schedule and have much more time on site. It's only about a 10 minute ride. Those places can range from packed to deserted depending on how many ships are in port.

We do have $400 in OBC to spend and already have the deluxe drink package, not sure how else we'd use it?  Open to suggestions..

Actually just tried to book it third party, it's $50 cheaper to book through celebrity..
