VV is the next cruise line to drop all testing and vaccine requirements effective 10/30/22 on Valiant and 10/28/22 on Scarlet.

Virgin Voyage’s “Voyage Well” requirements state: “In keeping in line with the rest of the travel industry, we have removed all vaccine and testing requirements beginning 10/30/22 on Valiant Lady and 10/28/22 on Scarlet Lady.”

I'm thinking it is due to the short cruises 5-7 day runs.

Not sure what you are saying.

I would say the most common cruises at 7 day ones across the industry.  But what does that have to do with covid protocol?

I’m guessing they meant the shorter voyages are basically the incubation period, so by the time you’d test positive, you’d be off the ship anyway.
