I forgot to add this:  If you purchased wifi up-front, or had it included with your fare booking package just go to guest services (once on board, of course) and they will give you either a refund or OBC.  At least that's what most people have reported, myself included.  Some have reported that they got an email notice very shortly before embarkation, or even a letter in their stateroom on the first day that you would get an automatic refund of some type.  Here is what we got while on a Regal TA:
