NYC embarkation process - how is it these days?

3.  Latitudes

 -Ambassador

-Diamond and Sapphire

-Platinum

-Bronze, Silver, Gold

4.  numbered groups

 

Went smoothly 3 weeks ago.

They went to boarding groups after Platinum. There was an announcement that the previous one calling for gold, silver, and bronze to board was a mistake.

In October 2022, they called Platinum, then Gold, then group one.  The last two I've only heard platinum (but we're two platinums and a gold and they waved us on).
