Is the Panama Canal Railway tour back yet?

I checked on yelp and saw that as of September 2022 the train was still shut down from Covid but it is being offered for my cruise in February.  Is there anyone that has information about this that can chime in.  I would hate to spend the amount this tour costs only to find out on board that the trains are still shut down.

Yes but then we would be picking another tour on short notice with no at home research, which is not something that has worked well for me in the past.

I was just lurking on Facebook on a Canal group's page and a person reported they had just returned from a recent Viking cruise (I presume the Star) where they had taken the railroad excursion.  Evidently they are providing service to the cruise ships, however I do not know if they have resumed their regular passenger service.
