Refund received from 2020 issue

Just to update on one of my many issues.

 

I was overcharged by MSC back in 2020 for a 2022 cruise.

 When I caught it I sent many emails and had many calls all to no avail.

 

In early 2022 I started using a TA for MSC and their rep was nice enough to take this on for me.

 8 months later I finally got my almost $1000 check 

 

1 issue down, several more to go.

That's great!  I got a call from an MSC Travel Agent last week and he was very nice.  Not sure if I'd use him, although he said he had access to cabins that might not be online and could help with internal issues.  Glad to see that they came through for you.
