Seeking interactive experience in night time San Juan, not historical tours

Hello cruisers. We are a couple in our early 60's who has been to San Juan before. We will be there again in March on the Norwegian Getaway from 4PM to 10PM on one day, a Wednesday. We have limited mobility, so no walking tours or hiking. 

 

We have done city tours, the beach. We do not want to see any more historical monuments, museums, churches. We want some type of interactive experience, like a cooking class, how jewelry is made... things like that. Is there anything interactive that would be available in that night time slot? I know it's a reach, but I had to ask.

 

Anything except dancing lessons. My husband is a hard NO on that.

There are clubs with music. Bars.  Triana and Barrachina have flamenco dancing (not lessons)

We are doing a cocktail tour with Spoon Experience in OSJ…the tour is 5-7 pm
