bjlaac Posted December 3, 2022 #1 Share Posted December 3, 2022 We decided to use our visa points for onboard credit on cruise which is about 30 days away. When it was processed, all the Visa web site said was that OBC are posted in order of cruise dates and should be posted around 2 weeks before sailing. Does anyone know when it actually happens and where can we find out that it has? Thanks for any help on this one.
slotmomma3 Posted December 3, 2022 #2 Share Posted December 3, 2022 I just did this about 10 days ago. I got a new confirmation by email after it was processed showing onboard credit. You can also go to the cruise planner and it will show the onboard credit available to use for pre-cruise purchases if you want.

cruiseguy1016 Posted December 3, 2022 #5 Share Posted December 3, 2022 My Visa OBC always shows up in my cruise planner a couple days after I apply for it.
bjlaac Posted December 3, 2022 Author #6 Share Posted December 3, 2022 Thanks for the answers so far, but how close to sailing does it occur. For example, I did mine last week but am still 30 days out and its not on my planner at all.
