We just booked a Celebration Casino offer under my husband as he gets Free Drinks All Over the ship. I am calling to add my Free drinks in the Casino offer to my reservation as I received that offer tomorrow. I know I can purchase Cheers once onboard, as we have done this before with a previous sailing.

However, does Carnival Casino on board let you upgrade from free drinks in the Casino, to Cheers one on board for a discount?

Wait, you can add an additional offer for free casino drinks if you booked under someone else’s offer?  For instance we are booked under my mother in law because she got drinks in the casino and $500 OBC whereas my offer was drinks in the casino but just $100 OBC. Since we’re in the same stateroom, I assumed we could only use one offer.

Depends, maybe yes, maybe no.  Usually both offers need to be the same

Yes! But only if the same “type” of offer. Example, my husband had a “Hot Streak Offer” that was Free drinks everywhere for him, plus $1000 fun play and I had a “Hot Streak Offer” that was Free casino drinks and $1000 in fun play. I called and they added mine and we each had our free play and he had drinks everywhere and I got them in the casino.

I also had an offer that was a “Jackpot” offer with drinks everywhere and I couldn’t combine that.

Who do you call? I don't have a VIFP. Me and husband have exact same casino offer and yesterday I called the regular booking number to ask about this and was told no, only one offer per room.

Call the regular line and just ask for the Casino Department and they can confirm it. I also usually email for a second confirmation.
