Spa promotions

For anyone either on a ship or recently on a cruise, what kind of spa promotions have you seen? The regular prices seem crazy. Do they still have port day specials? Would love to see pics from the Freestyle or other offers.

If nothing else, I will document this next week. We don't have much going on this cruise, so I'll have lots of downtime to record and share info that is of high interest and requires little effort on my part.

Even with promotions the prices are much more than you pay on land.

On Sky a couple of weeks ago they added an additional 15 minutes to the massage. That was nice! The prices are high, but on both the Epic in May and the Sky in November--they were some of the best massages I've ever had, so to me, worth the $$.

They generally knock 10% off the prices when the ship is in-port

You might look for a day spa in a port.  Prices are probably half or less.
