Atlantis or Baha Mar

Looking to visit one of these for free. Which would be the better experience? I like some of the nature activities at Baha Mar. 

 

What can I see for free at these places? Can I walk down to the beach?

At Atlantis you can go to the casino, lobby, and marina village, that’s it.

Unless things have changed since last year, you can't get into the Royal Towers lobby (right past the casino and crystal shops) unless you have a wristband, an Atlantis hotel room-key, or a pink card (like from Comfort Suites).
