I thoroughly enjoyed reading your adventure.   We're heading to Iceland/Greenland next August and you made me even more glad we chose this itinerary.  

 

You are an excellent writer and had me chuckling the whole way.....thank you!

We were on this cruise with you, thanks for the great memories!  We were the obnoxious couple that won the twist contest In the piazza on the last formal night.  These were all bucket list stops for us as well, although we have been to Cobh several times.  If you ever get back there, try to go to Kelly’s pub, on the street that fronts the port just down the street.  Sometimes the performers from the ship go down there, especially in the afternoon.

I did a TA on the Grand Princess years ago and was lucky to sail thru Prins Christian Sund. I think it has the most spectacular scenery I've seen in over 80+ cruises. Of course then we got stuck in a hurricane for 3 days coming out of Greenland. lol
