Thank you Can go either way. If you don't see it when you set up your casino account at a slot machine, just check with the cashier. I had the same experience previously. But I also have had credits that they say I don't qualify for even though it is listed on my online Princess account...who knows why? Sometimes it's there, sometimes it's the incorrect amount and sometimes it's not available at all. Be sure to print your travel summary so you have "proof" in case there is an issue. Also if you book under a casino offer, make sure your travel summary shows everything that was included in the offer (e.g. deposit refunded as OBC, casino freeplay, Princess Plus).
