I have an open booking thru her for a Princess Alaskan Cruise/tour in August 2023. I have reached out to the franchise company and am waiting to hear back from them. Explain to Princess the situation and they will work with you on the transfer. It may take a supervisor to handle the situation. I would not be so quick to take any new agent a franchise would assign. I would ask friends and other passengers for a referral.
