Excursions and Dining reservations cancelled without notice?

Just received multiple emails from Royal. Looks like all my CocoCay Beach club passes, speciality dining, beverage package and my time dining reservations are cancelled. This is for July 2023 on 4day on Independence of the Seas. Any idea why Royal would cancel these? I am on hold now waiting for someone. Hope they can reinstate cause I got a good price for Beach Club passes and beverage package on Black Friday. My son is on the same sailing and his are ok and I booked and paid for his items. I am at a loss why these are cancelled.

Thank you for your reply. My TA must have gotten my frantic vm I left and replied to me that they are working on it now. Not sure what happened but looks like my booking number changed so naturally everything got cancelled. Not sure who changed it or why it changed, tbd. Hope they can get all my purchases reinstated for what I paid. fingers crossed. 🤞
