Excursions and Dining reservations cancelled without notice?

Just received multiple emails from Royal. Looks like all my CocoCay Beach club passes, speciality dining, beverage package and my time dining reservations are cancelled. This is for July 2023 on 4day on Independence of the Seas. Any idea why Royal would cancel these? I am on hold now waiting for someone. Hope they can reinstate cause I got a good price for Beach Club passes and beverage package on Black Friday. My son is on the same sailing and his are ok and I booked and paid for his items. I am at a loss why these are cancelled.

The only thing I can think of is they are changing the itinerary and haven’t announced it yet.

Thank you for your reply. My TA must have gotten my frantic vm I left and replied to me that they are working on it now. Not sure what happened but looks like my booking number changed so naturally everything got cancelled. Not sure who changed it or why it changed, tbd. Hope they can get all my purchases reinstated for what I paid. fingers crossed. 🤞

Reading your posts, it sounds like you did receive a notice they were cancelling your reservations.  It sounds like what you were looking for is an explanation as to why.  You might want to change the subject.

They can get in touch with RC and figure it out.

They don't just randomly change booking numbers.

Just be glad you’re dealing with RC and not MSC. I’m sure it will get sorted out and fixed.
