Not Receiving Booking Invoice

yes I have booked and only gotten an email saying thanks for deposit.

 

what I do is screen print the payment details before I submit credit card and save to a word doc

so that I have the breakdown.

Yes I have trouble all the time.  I was told that my provider screened PDF files and sometimes blocked those emails. 

 

I finally had to change my contact email from my optonline acct to a gmail account.

This trouble with invoices was just today. I am sure my TA will get me the invoice as soon as he can.

 

As I said above he told me he had issues with invoices on some bookings he did at 8 am this morning he still was waiting on.
